Founded by Mr. Philippe Mitchell, sales representative at Supermétal and Mr. Michel Goulard, professional in management, Satinox Assemblage offers a range of fasteners (bolts, screws, nails) intended for French manufacturers.

2000
Takeover of the company by Mr. Patrick Mitchell. Convinced that only quality is the promise of the future, he directs the company towards High Technology industries and becomes Qualifas A.

2003
To strengthen its image with major contractors and prepare for its development, Satinox has its current premises built. It can now welcome customers and employees in the best conditions and sees a great future.

2005
Certification reserved for aeronautical distribution activities, this is a crucial step which has enabled us to increase our know-how and strengthen partnerships with our longterm customers.

2006
To differentiate ourselves and secure our customers, major investments in destructive and non-destructive testing devices are made. Since then, we continuously strengthen our control equipment.

2014
To support our customers in their development and improve our sourcing of fasteners to American standards, Satinox creates a subsidiary in Dallas.

2019
After more than 40 years of continuous effort to improve the quality of its services and the reliability of its teams, Satinox Assemblage sees its turnover pass the 6 million mark.
